Where do we ship to?

We ship worldwide.

 

Domestic Orders

Free Shipping Over $49

Parents’ Favorite is pleased to offer free shipping on all US orders over $49. Please note that the order total must be $49 or more after all discounts, promotions and coupons are applied. Tax (if applicable) does not count towards free shipping. Our free shipping method is often UPS Ground, but may also be via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping services. Choose one that works best for you.

  • USPS First Class Mail (packages uder 13 oz)

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground

  • UPS 2nd Day Air

  • UPS Next Day Air

Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses will be shipped by USPS only.

You may select your shipping option during order checkout. The shipping cost is calculated real-time based on shipping method, order weight, and distance. To see the actual shipping cost, press the “Add to Cart” button for the items you would like to order. Open your shopping cart and click “Calculate Shipping”. Select your desired shipping method and enter your zip code and click “apply” to see your shipping cost.

Shipping Timeframes

Most orders will be shipped within one business day, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday with 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air as the shipping method will ship the next business day. 

Delivery Time

USPS Priority/First Class U.S. Mail: 2-3 shipping days

UPS Ground: Order shipments originate from Milwaukee, WI (zip code 53209) and typically require 2-5 days to reach their destination. Please refer to the map below for UPS Ground transit times to your location (please note that Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered transit days).

 

 

 

 

2nd Day and Next Day Air: You have the option to specify Next Day or 2nd Day shipping when you place your order. Saturday delivery is not available for these two shipping services.

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Canceling Orders

Please contact us at service@parentsfavorite.com to cancel your order. We are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Generally orders are processed within 24 hours. Cancellation cannot be made after 1:00 PM CST the next business day of purchase. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.

 

International Orders

Shipping Methods

Parents’ Favorite is pleased to offer International Shipping! All international orders are shipped using USPS. We offer the following international shipping service:

  • USPS First Class Mail International
  • USPS Priority Mail International

Shipping Timeframes

Most orders will be shipped within one business day, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. 

Delivery Time

USPS Priority Mail International: usually 5-10 business days. Packages are insured against lost or damage at no additional cost. We will email you the tracking numbers after your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated real-time by order weight and your country. International shipping is non-refundable. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Parents’ Favorite has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package. For faster shipping, international customers are encouraged to use PayPal or Google Checkout as their payment method.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied, however, just return your items within 30 days for a refund. Returns that meet the following requirements will receive a full refund of purchase prices:

  • Manufacturer tags are intact

  • Returned with all original documentation and packaging

  • Item must be in unused and resalable condition.

Please enclose your order number and/or a copy of your email confirmation with your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For hygienic reasons, the following items are unfortunately non-refundable: eating utensils, bottle feeding items, breast pumps, blankets, bath and fabric items and personal care items.

Parentsfavorite.com will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged/defective items and will refund 100% of the purchase price. You must notify us of damaged/defective product within 5 days from the date of delivery.

For orders that are originally qualified for free shipping, if exclusion of the returned item(s) would have caused the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost that would have been charged for the remaining item(s) will be withheld from a return credit.

Before returning the items, please contact service@parentsfavorite.com to request a RA (Return Authorization) number. Returns without a RA number are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
