It is highly recommended that children over the age of 6 months and anyone exposed to sunlight should wear sunscreen. Thinksport KIDS LIVESTRONG natural sunscreen is a safe sunscreen free of biologically harmful chemicals including parabens and PABA (and the packaging is free from BPA, vinyl and phthalates). Both Thinkbaby and Thinksport sunscreens provide broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection, are very stable under sunlight, and have very high zinc content. The natural sunscreens are physical blockers, meaning they will work immediately upon application, and it's not necessary to apply 30 minutes prior to sun exposure like with chemical sunscreens. Also, unlike other natural and organic sunscreens, Thinkbaby/Thinksport applies easily, absorbs quickly and does not have an obtrusive smell.
