Shipping Policy

In order to serve our customers best, we work diligently and efficiently to make sure that each order gets there when it’s needed. This means that orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day or less. For overnight and second-day orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2:00 PM CST and Friday before 10:00 AM CST, we ship products out the same day.

With loyal customers in the United States, Canada and Australia, we ship to over 200 countries and have a worldwide client base.

Domestic Orders

Currently, we offer free standard shipping for all domestic (HI and AK included) orders without a minimum order requirement. You will receive your order in 3-5 business days with free shipping.

Our default shipping methods are USPS and UPS.

For USPS shipping, you may choose either First-Class Mail® or Priority Mail®. First-Class shipping is a fast and affordable option which usually takes about 2-3 business days. Priority shipping takes 1, 2, or 3 days, and comes with insurance protection and USPS Tracking™ at no additional charge. Shipping to U.S. Territories takes from 1-2 weeks.

UPS offers a variety of shipping options depending on the destinations. The following map shows the expected delivery time for UPS Ground Delivery (1-5 days).

International Orders

The default shipping method for international orders is USPS (First-Class or Priority mail). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties in its destination country, which may cause some delay. Customs clearance may take 7-14 days or more. Certain products may not be shipped to selected countries due to government regulations or manufacturer requirements. The customer is responsible for any tariff or related taxes.

30/60 DAY RETURN POLICY

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, and to make sure this happens, we offer one of the best return policies in the industry. You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for a full refund on your credit card. Then we give another 30 days (60 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We are happy to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you change your mind after you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund minus the shipping charge. For items that have free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 days once your returned item is received. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
